Work With Me
There is a specific kind of tension in paying for help when your finances feel tight. I want to acknowledge that right away. It can feel like one more ‘should’ on a long list of burdens. But here is the truth: when we assign a portion of our resources toward a solution, our focus shifts. Choosing to invest in coaching is the first act of ‘Giving Your Dollars a Job.’ It’s a signal to yourself that your peace of mind is worth the cost, and it provides the accountability needed to ensure this time, the change actually sticks.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. I’m actually embarrassed by my spending/debt. Will you judge me?
Not in the slightest. As a CX professional, my role is to be a problem-solver, not a critic. In the world of YNAB, every dollar is just data. We look at where you are with total neutrality so we can get you where you want to go. My philosophy is built on curiosity, not shame.
2. Do I need to have a YNAB subscription before we meet?
Not necessarily! If you’re brand new, we can walk through the setup together during our first session. If you’re already a user but your budget feels like a “junk drawer,” we’ll work with what you have. If you don’t have an account yet, I can help you maximize your free trial.
3. How much time will I need to commit to this?
Change requires time, but a good system eventually saves you time. Initially, expect to spend 20 – 30 minutes a week checking in with your budget. Our sessions are designed to be high-impact so that the “maintenance” part of your life becomes a quiet habit, not a loud chore.
4. Is this just for people who are "broke"?
Absolutely not. YNAB is for anyone who wants their money to align with their values. I work with people breaking the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle, but I also work with high earners who realize their money is “leaking” and want to be more intentional with their giving and investing.
5. What if I’ve tried budgeting before and failed?
Most “budgets” fail because they are restrictive forecasts (telling the future). YNAB is different because it’s a real-time map of your current reality. Combining that method with a coach means you aren’t just getting a tool – you’re getting a guide to help you navigate the “life” that happens between the lines of your spreadsheet.
